Returns & Replacements Policy
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns.
That said, we want you to love what you ordered — and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If You’re Unhappy With Your Order
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at care@the-sook.com within 14 days of delivery. While we can’t accept returns, we’re happy to offer:
- Store credit for a future purchase, or
- A replacement, depending on the situation
We may ask for a brief description or photo to help us understand the issue.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue store credit, at no cost to you.
What’s Not Covered
- We cannot accept returned products
- Issues reported after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution
